TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

Payment Before attending events it is important that payment is received in full so we ask for this at the time of booking.
Attendee substitution Substitutions can be made without incurring any additional charges. However any changes must be confirmed at least three days prior to the date of the event.
Cancellations All cancellations must be confirmed in writing 10 working days or more prior to the event or seminar. If you cancel a booking within these 10 days or if the delegate fails to attend, the fee will not be refunded.
If the Chamber has to cancel an event or seminar for any reason, delegates will be offered either an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund. |
